In this slow paced class, we use props to support the body in poses to improve flexiblity, mobility and decrease physical tension and stress.
Friday Morning Flow Fridays 9-10am
All levels are welcome to come and move through a series of poses designed to stretch, strengthen and invigorate your body and your mood.
Special Classes
Sounds and Flow w/Dianne Sunday 1-2:30pm, offered monthly
Join Dianne for a beginner friendly class filled with the beautiful music of her sound bowls. Practice a variety of poses and breathing techniques that will stimulate the chakras, or energy centers.
$25 for 90 min class
Private Class
Private class for 1-10 people, enjoy a custom class specifically designed for your needs.
$100 for a one hour class.
