We offer group Yoga classes for all levels in a private studio setting. 


Are you a beginner and don't know where to start? No problem! Contact us and we will recommend a class.

Have you taken yoga before, but it's been a while? Welcome back! Your mat doesn't care and neither do we!





We offer Yoga classes that are accessible for most levels. If you have a mobility issue or injury, please let us know before class so we can best accommodate you!

All weekly scheduled classes one hour/$15


Monthly Friday Yoga Nidra classes one hour/$20


Monthly Sunday Sound and Flow classes 90 min/$25


10 Classes no expiration pass $150, use at any class.





Instructors

Hi, I'm Erin Cunningham and I have been teaching Yoga in Irmo, Chapin and Lexington for the past 10 years. I started practicing yoga in the Fall of 2005 just 8 weeks after my oldest daughter was born.

Yoga practice helped me recover my strength, while I noticed the breathing practices helped me feel calmer in stressful situations.  By the time my 3rd child was born in 2011, I was practicing daily. I went through 200hrs of YTT at Namaste Yoga and since then have been teaching at gyms, studios and now will offer classes at my own studio, Lake Murray Yoga.
