Hi, I'm Erin Cunningham and I have been teaching Yoga in Irmo, Chapin and Lexington for the past 10 years. I started practicing yoga in the Fall of 2005 just 8 weeks after my oldest daughter was born.
Yoga practice helped me recover my strength, while I noticed the breathing practices helped me feel calmer in stressful situations. By the time my 3rd child was born in 2011, I was practicing daily. I went through 200hrs of YTT at Namaste Yoga and since then have been teaching at gyms, studios and now will offer classes at my own studio, Lake Murray Yoga.
A consistent Yoga practice enhances well-being in a variety of ways.
Yoga is a balance of effort and ease, breath and posture, strength and flexibility.
