We offer classes for everyone! Whether you are a brand-new student to yoga, or an athlete recovering from an injury looking for a low impact way to increase strength and flexibility, or if you are a seasoned yogi looking for a playful class, we are excited to welcome you!

Find the right class for you

Multi-level Flow

All levels are welcome to this slow paced class designed to move your muscles through poses that increase strength and flexibility while improving balance and coordination. Beginners welcome.

Gentle Restorative

All levels are welcome to this restful class. Props help support the body in poses that release tension, stress and leave you feeling refreshed and clear headed. Beneficial for all, good for beginners and those recovering from injury or trauma.

Kids Yoga

Look for our Summer schedule to come out with Kids yoga class packages!

Deep Stretch

This class is slow-paced, and will explore challenging but accessible poses that increase flexibility, improve balance and build strength. Good for beginners looking for a challenge, all poses can be modified.

Power Yoga

This class is designed to be a challenging, strengthening, invigorating total body workout. Beginners looking for a challenge are welcome, all poses can be modified.
